Practice

FRN + Co was established in 2025. Our experience spans a wide range of typologies at varying scales, including private and developer-led housing, refurbishments, extensions, and the sensitive reworking of listed historic buildings. We are an agile design studio, working across all stages of the architectural process, from concept and planning through to technical delivery and construction.

Approach

Our approach begins with open dialogue and close client engagement that continues throughout each stage of the project. We design with a considered sensitivity to place, use and atmosphere. Our architecture is modern but thoughtful, shaped by how contemporary design can evolve and harmonise with historical context. Informed by principles of craftsmanship, character and refinement, we aspire to create architecture that is contemporary, beautiful and timeless.

People

FRN + Co is led by principal Elvis, who studied architecture at NTU, Bath, and UCL and has gained extensive experience working with award-winning architects including Timothy Hatton Architects, Axel Vervoordt, Luis Laplace, and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands. The studio works closely with collaborators in design, craft and planning, each selected with care to suit the specific needs of every project.
